What Inspired You To Pursue A Career in Real Estate?
"My parents didn’t own a home until much later in life- I had already moved out when they purchased their first home! I always grew up knowing how much it mattered to own your home, and how much it affected you if you didn’t. That firm belief in homeownership early on became a personal mission to help as many people as possible to become homeowners, and to grow their net worth through real estate."

"I am competitive, and I like to win. When I do my job well, my clients win too. Our sellers win when they receive the highest possible price for their home, and our buyers win when they find and secure the house they've dreamed of. Winning for our clients feels better than it ever did when I was competing only for myself."

What Inspired You to Pursue A Career in Real Estate?
“Your home is the most expensive thing you own. And the process of buying or selling that home can be exciting and hopeful, but it can also be complicated and unnerving. I became a REALTOR so I could offer support and guidance through one of the biggest and most expensive decisions most people make. If I handle the details, they have the freedom to focus on what really matters to them: the joy and excitement of making a move! Giving people the room to breathe (and maybe do a little dance when their offer is accepted) matters to me. It’s why I got into the industry, and almost 20 years later, it’s why I’m still so passionate about what we do.”
What Drives You?
“A commitment to creating an exceptional experience for our clients, is what drives me. I examine every aspect of the process to see where we can take something average and make it extraordinary. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t all champagne and closing gifts (though there is plenty of that); it’s also taking something highly technical and often unnecessarily complicated and humanizing the experience. In an industry where people are racing to be as high-tech as possible, we strive to be incredibly high-touch, ensuring our clients not only feel intellectually informed but also emotionally supported.”
What Sets You Apart From Others In The Industry?
“I possess a unique ability to be both incredibly artistic and highly analytical. It means the marketing I create isn’t just pretty, it’s effective. I can seamlessly transition between crafting a property description that resonates with buyers on an emotional level and auditing the digital response to it, and adjusting accordingly. We have represented over 500 sales throughout our careers, which means I have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of real estate, but I can also tell you the names of most of our clients’ children (and their dogs). I am genuinely interested in their lives and their goals. That duality isn’t common, and it gives me a distinct advantage.”
How Do You Typically Market Listings?
“Every home is unique, and we craft a tailored marketing plan for each listing we represent. We start by creating an avatar of the ideal buyer for each home, and then work backwards from there, determining the most effective methods and messaging to target that buyer. We have done everything from nationally syndicated television shows to helicopter flyovers to catered events with live music at sunset. A modern condo in Carlsbad will have a very different plan than a custom-built estate with a private vineyard in Fallbrook. We’ve represented both, and our marketing efforts have produced great offers for those properties, as well as others.”
What’s Your Promise To Your Clients?
“I promise that I care about this, just as much as you do. Real estate isn’t just my job, and I don’t just think about it between the hours of 9am and 5pm. I am incredibly vested in the success of our clients. I NEED to help them get what they want, and my success is directly related to theirs.
