Our clients had dreamed of a home in an exclusive community in Carlsbad, with a unique condition- it had to be on the side of the street that offered breathtaking whitewater ocean views.

Out of the 27 homeowners we approached, three were open to the idea of a private sale. We organized an exclusive property tour for our clients, allowing them to choose the home that best matched their vision. The absence of other potential buyers, due to the off-market nature of these homes, ensured our clients had the upper hand in negotiations.

Results

Our clients were thrilled to acquire the legacy property they had envisioned at an aggressive price, with no competition. They have since renovated it to their tastes and are currently enjoying it as a second home, splitting their time between Carlsbad and Los Angeles until they retire and move in full-time.
